    Terms & Conditions:
    1. For Company Representatives who choose to request an invoice, payment must be made in full by Friday, March 21, 2025 (2 weeks before the conference date). Failure to make payment by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking.
    2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made on or before Friday, March 7, 2025 (4 weeks before the event): Full refund will be provided. Cancellations made between March 8 and March 21, 2025: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Cancellations made after March 21, 2025 (less than 2 weeks before the event): No refund will be issued. The full £120 + VAT fee will remain payable if payment has not yet been received.
    3. Company Representatives who do not attend the event and fail to cancel in advance will not be eligible for a refund. Any unpaid invoices will remain due.
    4. Substitution Policy: If a company representative registered attendee cannot attend, they may substitute their place with another individual from the same company at no additional cost. Substitution requests must be sent to us in writing (via email) by Friday, April 4, 2025.
    5. Cancellation of the Event by the Organiser: If the event is postponed or cancelled by the organiser for any reason, all registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible. In this case, attendees will be offered the following options: A full refund of any fees paid or the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled event date.
    6. How to Cancel or Request a Substitution: All cancellation or substitution requests must be made in writing via email to tanuja.parekh@amg.biz Please include the attendee's full name, company name, and registration details.
