• Manage your registration and attendance.

The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to your image or video being used by Pharmacy Business for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media.

Payment & Cancellation

• Payment of£130 + VAT is due immediately. Bookings are final and non-refundable.
• Invoice payments must be made by Friday, April 3, 2026, or bookings may be cancelled.

Substitutions

• If you cannot attend, another person from your company may take your place at no extra cost. Notify us by email.

Event Changes

• If the event is cancelled or postponed, you can choose a full refund or transfer your registration to a new date.

Photography & Filming

• The event will be filmed and photographed. By attending, you consent to your image or video being used by Pharmacy Business for promotional purposes.

Data Use & Privacy

• We collect your name, company, contact, and billing info to manage your registration, communicate updates, process payments, and send marketing (with consent).
• Your data may be shared with event service providers only for event purposes.
• We keep your data secure and for up to 6 months post-event.
